She worked at PwC and other BPO companies advising large and medium-sized domestic and foreign companies, specifically in drafting, analyzing and reviewing domestic and international contracts and corporate instruments in general and their respective registrations with the relevant authorities; Support for Due Diligence processes; Mapping, analysis and implementation of compliance policy; Drafting of Code of Ethics, Conduct and Anti-Corruption; Support for corporate restructurings; Analysis of judicial and administrative litigation risks; Business consulting (Contractual, Corporate, Civil); Legalization of domestic and foreign companies and foreign capital registration operations with the Central Bank.
