Graduated in Accounting, with an MBA in Controllership and Finance, she has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, working at consulting and BPO firms and leading teams and projects for domestic and foreign companies across different segments.
Throughout her career, she has worked at companies such as Deloitte, Mazars and TMF Group, developing solid experience in accounting, tax, financial statement closing and analysis, planning and control, budgeting and forecasting, tax calculation, audit support, and process structuring and improvement.
At TMF Group, she actively participated in the accounting area during the acquisition of PwC’s outsourcing business, contributing to the integration and transition of the accounting processes and operations resulting from the acquisition.
Throughout her career, she has also gained extensive experience in leading and developing teams, coordinating operations, managing client relationships and running projects focused on process integration, systems implementation, procedure review, improving internal controls and optimizing operational routines.
