Graduated in Business Administration, with more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Services / Paralegal work, at a Big Four firm and a large multinational company. Extensive knowledge of the administrative and regulatory routines related to maintaining the tax, registration and legal compliance of domestic and international companies before public authorities. Participation in M&A projects: incorporations, mergers and spin-offs, due diligence, corporate restructurings, as well as drafting proposals and various corporate documents. At Aurius, Paolo works as a partner in the corporate and paralegal area, in addition to special projects.
