A lawyer specialized in Business and Corporate Law, with an LL.M. in Corporate Law from IBMEC, currently pursuing a specialization in Business Law at Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro. With more than 12 years of experience, she has worked in the legal departments of large domestic and multinational companies, as well as in law firms, holding strategic roles in Contracts, Corporate, Governance and Compliance, always in leadership positions.
She has solid experience leading highly complex projects, including M&A operations, corporate restructurings and strategic contract negotiations. She has extensive expertise in business contracts, with an emphasis on the energy and oil and gas sectors, as well as consolidated experience implementing, monitoring and overseeing Compliance policies, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Programs, LGPD and Information Security.
