Graduated in Law and Accounting from Universidade Paulista – UNIP/SP and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais – Belo Horizonte campus (PUC-MG), respectively, with more than 30 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, Corporate and Labor Consulting, as well as in corporate restructuring projects aimed at greater tax efficiency.
He worked at PwC for more than 25 years, leading consulting projects for large and medium-sized domestic and foreign companies across various sectors of the economy, involving corporate restructuring and tax and financial planning: spin-offs, mergers, incorporations, asset drop-downs; due diligence in company mergers and acquisitions processes; accounting and tax consulting projects focused on compliance and reducing companies’ tax burden; compliance with Transfer Pricing and Thin Capitalization rules; as well as projects preparing accounting valuation reports and external audit and controls.
