Graduated in Accounting, postgraduated in Controllership from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado, and holds an MBA in Finance from FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração, with 30 years of experience at BPO companies, leading teams and managing the accounting and direct tax areas.
She worked at PwC for more than 18 years, leading BPO projects for large and medium-sized domestic and foreign companies across various sectors of the economy, as well as at other BPO firms. Throughout her career, she has led projects of various kinds, notably: Preparing consolidated financial statements and adapting to the accounting standards required for SME and Full IFRS companies; Managing and participating in projects that substantially reduced imminent financial statement risks, identifying tax opportunities; and Serving domestic and foreign companies in the provision of accounting, tax (direct and indirect) and financial BPO services, seeking to optimize operational processes with the aim of defining strategies to increase profitability and expand the business.
