Postgraduate in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from IBMEC. Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). With more than 20 years of experience in the tax area, both in Big Four Tax Consulting and in tax planning and compliance for large multinational industrial companies. Throughout her career, she has led projects of various kinds, notably: Tax compliance focused on direct and indirect taxes; International tax planning projects for structuring new businesses, analyzing taxation on investments and remittances abroad; Advisory on new business modeling with “site location” analysis, operational and corporate structure aimed at tax optimization; Projects to obtain tax incentives, especially Special Regimes and Differentiated Tax Treatments in various Brazilian states; Tax Due Diligence. At Aurius, Patrícia works as a partner on tax consulting projects.
