A lawyer graduated from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She has more than 11 years of experience in the Corporate and Paralegal areas, working with a strategic focus on maintaining the tax, registration and legal compliance of domestic and foreign companies before public authorities.
She leads the paralegal team responsible for clients in the ethanol, sugar and bioenergy production segments; fuel distribution; renewable energy and trading; mobility and integrated logistics solutions; and food/retail.
She has extensive experience coordinating branch update and regularization projects across the entire national territory, with deep knowledge of the regional and operational particularities of the Brazilian regulatory system.
Her work also covers obtaining licenses and certificates, participating in M&A projects (mergers, incorporations and spin-offs), due diligence processes and corporate restructurings, including drafting and reviewing articles of incorporation, contract amendments and dissolutions. She also has expertise in analyzing legal risks in contracts and guarantees, in addition to experience in civil litigation.
