He worked for almost 18 years within the same organizational structure, starting at EY and continuing at TMF Group after the acquisition of the BPO operation. He led large accounting and financial operations with more than 200 professionals, serving domestic and multinational companies across various sectors. A specialist in process management, team leadership and client relationships, he led organizational transformation projects, cash flow improvement and outsourcing solution integration.
At Aurius, he is responsible for Accounting, Financial and ERP Consulting projects, supporting companies in structuring processes, internal controls, regulatory compliance and systems integration, with a focus on operational efficiency and value creation.
