Danilo Alonso holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, with about 22 years of experience in financial, accounting and controllership auditing and consulting, developed at firms such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Grant Thornton and Forvis Mazars. Throughout his career, he worked in the controllership of an electric sector group and was a partner in Forvis Mazars’ financial due diligence practice, leading teams and projects in domestic and international transactions.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, strategic planning and risk and opportunity analysis. He has also worked on audit, governance, compliance, process improvement and financial function structuring projects, serving domestic and multinational companies across various sectors.
At Aurius, Danilo works on due diligence engagements and financial and accounting consulting, supporting clients and investors in business valuation and strategic decision-making, and offers support in accounting analysis. In addition to Portuguese, he is fluent in English and has advanced knowledge of Spanish.
